Your work is stronger than how it currently sounds.

I find the real thread in the mess, then turn it into writing that sounds like you, means something, and actually lands.

The real problem

The words don't always carry the same weight.

You know what you do. You've spent years developing real expertise, your own way of working, and results you're proud of.

But when someone lands on your LinkedIn profile, reads your bio, or visits your website, the words don't always carry the same weight. They may sound fine. They may even sound professional. They just don't always sound like you.

The posts don't reflect the thinking. The bio reads like everyone else in the field. The website says the right things in the wrong order, or the right words in the wrong voice.

That gap between the quality of the work and the quality of the words is what I fix.

For executives and founders

Your writing should still sound like you.

I ghostwrite for executives and founders whose writing has quietly started to sound like everyone else's: polished, correct, and forgettable within the hour. AI made that drift easy. It didn't make it inevitable.

That means LinkedIn posts that sound like you thinking out loud. A bio that reads like one specific person, not a category. A website that says what you actually mean, in the order you'd actually say it.

I work from voice notes, rough ideas, half-finished drafts, or structured briefs, whatever fits how you think. You talk. I find the real thread. You keep your voice.

About

I'm Frasser Beecroft.

The assumption right now is that AI writing tools are a shortcut to sounding more professional, more polished, more "on brand."

Here's the problem nobody's saying out loud: polish was never the goal. Distinctiveness was. And the tools making everyone sound more polished are the same tools making everyone sound the same.

I've sat across the table from CEOs in industries most writers never get near: enterprise IT, NHS-scale healthcare transformation, energy, wellness. Rooms where the stakes were real and the communication problems were genuinely hard to solve. What I noticed in those rooms: the smartest people were often the worst represented in writing. Not because they had nothing to say, because everything between their head and the page flattened it. Comms teams, review layers, and now AI, all quietly sanding down whatever made them worth listening to.

So that became the work. Not "content," not "copy," but finding the real signal inside what a leader actually thinks, and getting it onto the page before anything smooths it out.

When your writing sounds fine but not like you, that's usually fixable in a single conversation. And right now, it's the only thing worth fixing.

Message me if you want to talk about what that would look like.

Based in Valencia, Spain.

Common questions

Who do you work with as a ghostwriter?

Executives and founders whose writing has started to sound like everyone else's, especially as AI makes that easier to happen by default. I draw on 35+ years across enterprise IT, healthcare transformation, energy, and wellness to help senior leaders sound unmistakably like themselves. I also work with authors on long-form writing and brand messaging.

What does ghostwriting actually involve?

You stay the named author or creator. I write in your voice: from voice notes, rough ideas, bullet points, or structured briefs. The final content sounds like you at your clearest. Everything is confidential.

Do you only do LinkedIn content?

No. LinkedIn is one channel I work in. I also ghostwrite newsletters, website copy, bios, book chapters, author messaging, and broader brand positioning.

How do your author services work?

Most author services are available through Fiverr: cover concepts and ghostwriting starters (first chapters, bios, outlines). For larger projects, get in touch directly.

What's the difference between the Fiverr services and working with you directly?

Fiverr is best for defined, scoped deliverables: a set of cover concepts, a batch of posts, a first chapter. Direct work is for ongoing retainers, full positioning resets, or projects that need more conversation first.

Where are you based?

Valencia, Spain. I work with clients internationally. Most client communication is async: written, voice notes, or scheduled calls.

Your writing should still sound like you.

Message me if it doesn't yet. Whether you need help with your messaging, your content, or your book, the best place to start is a conversation.
