This policy explains how The Frequency Alchemist handles information when you visit this website or enquire about working together.
The short version: I collect as little as possible, I don't sell anything, and I use what you share only to communicate with you about working together.
This site does not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics software that profiles you personally.
If you reach out via LinkedIn or a contact form, I receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and a description of what you're working on. That information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to continue a working conversation.
Information you share is used to:
— respond to your enquiry
— understand your situation before a session
— send follow-up material relevant to working together
It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or added to any marketing list without your explicit permission.
This site uses Google Fonts for typography, which may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. It also uses a booking and enquiry form hosted by a third-party service. That service has its own privacy policy, which governs how form submissions are stored and handled.
I do not control what those third-party services collect. If you have concerns about their data practices, please review their respective privacy policies directly.
This site does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services embedded on this site (such as booking forms) may set their own. Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time.
If you have shared information with me and would like it removed, corrected, or would simply like to know what I hold, you can contact me directly at [email protected]. I will respond promptly.
