These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by The Frequency Alchemist. By using this site or engaging services, you agree to these terms.
The Frequency Alchemist offers consulting and advisory services to help consultants, coaches, and practitioners clarify their messaging, sharpen how they express their work, and build content and structure that support it. Services are delivered through sessions, audits, and longer engagements as described on this site.
All services are delivered by a single operator. There is no team, no automated programme, and no substitution of service provider without your knowledge and agreement.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received or a written agreement has been made. Payment terms and amounts are set out at the point of booking. Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
For services priced on enquiry (the Coherence Audit and Coherence Reset), pricing is confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply — in which case, please reach out directly and we will find a reasonable resolution.
For longer engagements, cancellation terms are agreed in writing at the point of engagement.
If you feel a session did not deliver what was described, contact me within 7 days and I will review it. I do not offer automatic refunds, but I take concerns seriously and will work with you to resolve them fairly.
Completed work — including sessions that have taken place and audits that have been delivered — is not eligible for refund.
What you share during sessions or in pre-work stays between us. I do not share client materials, situations, or identifying details with third parties. If I ever want to reference your work as an example — such as in case studies or testimonials — I will ask first.
The content on this website — including copy, structure, and examples — belongs to The Frequency Alchemist. You are welcome to share links to this site. Please do not reproduce significant portions of the content without permission.
Work produced during your engagement — such as revised messaging, content structures, or written documents — belongs to you once full payment has been received.
The Frequency Alchemist provides clarity, strategic direction, and practical guidance. Results depend on how that guidance is applied. I am not responsible for business outcomes, revenue changes, or decisions made based on the work we do together.
My liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.
